It's quite simple, any unlocked device will work with our SIMs.
You are able to test the SIM (and your phone) by inserting the SIM in your phone upon reception of the SIM card.
The easiest way to find out if your phone is unlocked is to call your carrier. They are also able to unlock it at your request.
Verizon phones are all unlocked for use outside of the US and won't let you test the Telcel SIM in the US.
iPads with Cellular are factory unlocked.
